Sensei Monton Roeksbutr is a seventh degree black belt.  He was born in Bangkok Thailand and has been living in Southern California since 1968.  He has earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations from Cal Poly, Pomona.  He has been in martial arts since 1972 and has been teaching since 1977.  He was taught by Shehan Joe Pagliuso, Sensei Mike Visser and Master Sam Tendencia.  He opened his dojo in Corona California in 1989. He has competed and officiated in many tournaments and performed demonstrations with Shehan Pagliuso and Sensei Mike Visser throughout Southern California. He enjoys teaching martial arts (Karate, Aikido, Grappling and weapons) and instilling its life enhancing values to his students. To Sensei Roeksbutr, it’s all about helping his students to achieve their highest potential in life thru martial arts.  All MAI instructors are certified by Sensei Roeksbutr.
